GoCruise & Travel has launched a brand new rewards and recognition programme for 2025 which is based on a tiered process and is inclusive for all franchisees, whatever the stage or size or their business. The tiered model includes the following rewards:
GoCruise & Travel has already seen two of its new members exceed £100k in holiday and cruise sales within just six months of completing the Travel Training Academy. Both franchisees, Amanda and Peter Duggan, joined the business with no travel experience and say that the level of support that they received from the GoCruise & Travel team and their mentor Christina Astill has been outstanding and instrumental to their success.
New franchisee, Zoltan Bisco, has already achieved over £70k in holiday and cruise sales in just the first week of peaks. Zoltan has worked in the travel industry for a number of years – including most recently with Ponders Travel, a licensee member of the Fred. Olsen Travel Group that GoCruise & Travel is also part of – but he was keen to set up his own business. Commenting on his new venture, Zoltan said: “After 10 remarkable years with Ponders Travel, a time that shaped my life and career in providing wonderful holiday experiences, I am so excited to have started a new chapter with my own business backed by GoCruise & Travel.”
